Our travel brochure is about an eco tour to Central Highlands. The tour leaves the ABC office at 5 a.m. every Saturday and gets back at 8 p.m. the next day. Last but not least, government must raise awareness on the importance of trees in education, and build tree-growing campaigns across the country.
To sum up, forests must be protected to maintain the life on earth and steps must be taken to prevent further consequences.

I had a wonderful summer vacation at Vung Tau with my family last year. It took us about 2 hours to go there by car. However, we did not feel tired because we were very excited. Vung Tau beach was very large and beautiful. The waves were quite strong. My sister and I went swimming while my parents stayed on the shore to sunbathe. In the afternoon, my family went for a walk to see the sunset. We also took a lot of photos. After that, we went to a famous local restaurant to have dinner. The food was very tasty but not so expensive. On the next day, my family visited the seafood market to buy some seafood. I also bought some souvenirs for my friends. We returned home after spending 2 days in Vung Tau. Although the trip was short, I felt very happy. Hopefully, we can go back there again in the future.

You should avoid eating greasy and spicy dishes in the evening.

I received your letter and that's terible to you. Preparing for an IELTS exam is a true test for you but I think some of my opinions can help you:
Firstly is do not eat too much foods or drinks which strongly stimulate the body such as: coffee, tea, coke,alcohol,sugar,.....And especially, you shouldn't eat the processed foods junk food and fasst food. It can yummy sometimes but it can make a very big problem for you and your poor stomach and it can make you feel not verry well. Thesse foods arre not good for our health and it can make you have so much stress. Stress is one of the reason always interupt your sleep.
Secondly, I want to tell you about some food can help you to prevent the sleepiness: eggs, vegetables,porridge,.....Especially, you should eat eggs, full off protein and vegetables full off kali. But the porridge iss the besst forr you. Because you;re still a student so money is a problem for you. Poridge iss cheap, yummy and easy to prepare. I think that's the besst choice
And the last but not least is avoid drink too much liquid at night because you will feel not very good when you're asleep.

The main sugar group is rice, corn, potatoes, cassava, beans, bread, cake. biscuits, candy... Fat group is vegetable oil for food processing and fat in fish and seafood.
