 -What makes me laugh is when I watch a bunch of old cartoons again-One thing we all need in our lives is a little laugh. I find that I can get through a better day if I can find things to make me laugh. On a cartoon TV show for kids I found it funny to watch a cartoon that is also quite famous as the shy dog, The movie is about a dog who is always threatened by his boss and he feels fear, and the owner is too optimistic about life and must let the little dog always protect. There are some funny episodes in which I can't help laughing and I often watch this movie with linda and laugh together with her. Whenever I'm sad, I open it again and it brings laughter to me and removes the sadness- I think laughter is good because we have the proverb 'one laughter is ten tonic.' Because Laughter reduces stress hormones and increases immune cells and antibodies that fight infection, thus improving our ability to fight your illness. Laughter triggers the release of endorphins, natural chemicals that help your body feel comfortable. Endorphins promote a sense of overall well-being and may even provide temporary pain relief.

"A day without laughter is a day wasted" - Charlie Chaplin. If someone asked me how to be always happy and get you through life, I would definitely choose laughing. In fact, not just good grades or a special gift from someone that can make us happy, but the thing that we are still able to breath the fresh air every single day, it's too good to be a reason for us to smile. Many people seek for happiness somewhere faraway, they go to distant places, talk to strangers, enjoy new landscapes to experience new feelings. I myself feel comfortable and happy with what is happening around. For me, I find it funny when I study, hangout, work, do volunteer work,... with my friends. Laughter acts as a powerful antidote for pain, stress, and conflict, however laughing too much is not a good way to balance in life. Sometimes you have troubles in your life, be free to be sad and cry out loud. That's when your pessimistic energy is expelled. And when you get back, it will be much better. 

"Today I will laugh, tomorrow I will still smile and no matter what day I will still smile, because life is too short to shed tears."

There are certainly many things that can cause sadness, but it is important to encourage moments of laughter.

Indeed, all around us, there are a host of possibilities that allow us to actually laugh, without even realizing that we laugh. Our laughter is ridiculous and exclusively human.

Laughter brings many benefits emotionally, emotionally, physically, and physiologically ... Why should you laugh?

Because your laughter can lead to another person's smile: you never know how important it is to be happy.Because your state will thank you: laughter helps overcome depression and everyday stress.In addition, it boosts self-esteem and confidence by overcoming feelings of shame, fear, and suffering.Because our health improves when we laugh sincerely: laughter strengthens our immune system, it benefits the lungs and brain, and even prevents infarction.Thanks to laughter, our muscles relax and blood pressure drops.Because laughter burns calories and improves our daily lives. If you want to burn calories, there's nothing like laughter and good diet.Laughter not only burns calories, it will also help you sleep and tone your skin.Because laughter removes negative thoughts and boosts your imagination. Spontaneous laughter boosts your creativity by releasing stress.

To me, what makes me smile really brightly are comical cartoons, the jokes of my friends and the things that make me happy, things that make me comfortable.The sorrows in my life all ended with a smile - what made me more energized to continue on a tough, challenging road called: life.

Sometimes, the things that make me laugh are not the funny things, but the things that I have achieved by myself, the things I have helped the people in difficulty than me.

Hi, I'm Minh Nguyet and I'am a mem of Hoc24. Everyone said that I was a shy and introvert girl. No one can make me laugh except my mom and my younger sister. After a hard-working day, if I saw my mom's smile, all the harship was disappear. Yeah, with me, my mom's smile is all my laugh, I wish she would laugh more and more. Love her, my world <3. 

In my opinion,  laugh a lot is so good, it can make you find comfortable, and give you a good health. Let's laugh more, you look so beuatiful

Bất cứ khi nào tôi buồn, tôi lại mở nó ra và nó mang lại tiếng cười cho tôi và xóa đi nỗi buồn - Tôi nghĩ tiếng cười là tốt vì chúng ta có câu tục ngữ 'một tiếng cười là mười liều thuốc bổ'. Bởi vì Tiếng cười làm giảm các hormone căng thẳng và tăng các tế bào miễn dịch và kháng thể chống lại nhiễm trùng, do đó cải thiện khả năng chống lại bệnh tật của bạn. Tiếng cười kích hoạt giải phóng endorphin, hóa chất tự nhiên giúp cơ thể bạn cảm thấy thoải mái. Endorphin thúc đẩy cảm giác hạnh phúc tổng thể và thậm chí có thể giúp giảm đau tạm thời.

How are you ? I felt so excited when you said that you will visit my country , It's my pleasure ! And you asked me some information before you visit here . So, in my country, traveling in the spring and autumn í the best because of nice atsmosphere and nice weather, also they're the times which are suitable for having a vacation with friends and family .
