My hobbies are listening to music, watching films and travelling. I love many kinds of music; especially, when I fill myself with the sorrow, I love the songs which can share my sadness. I also watching some US sitcoms such as: How I met your mother, Once upon a time, Sabrina. Additionally, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places with plentiful cuisines and nature, especially walking along the beach in the dusk that make me comfortable and peaceful.

Book is one part of my beautiful life and reading books is my favourite hobby. I like detective story best, especially Detective Conan and Detective Sherlock Holmes. One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.

Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

I started riding when I was eight or nine. For my very first lesson, my instructor had me ride English style. That was the first and last time I rode English style. My instructor, John, said that I was a natural and that he wanted me to try riding Western style because it was more challenging. After my first lesson, I always rode Western. Once I got a little bigger, I started putting the saddle, harness, reins, stirrups, etc. on my horse. I made sure that it was comfortable for the horse as well as safe enough for me to ride. I always rode the same horse. Her name was Dixie and she was my best friend. I’ve always had trust issues, but with Dixie, I knew she would never let me fall. She trusted me as well, which made me never want to get down. Dixie was a beautiful horse. She was a black horse with a white blaze on her head. Unfortunately, she passed away not too long ago, but I know she will always be with me. I love her more than anything. Riding a horse is kind of riding a bike. You never forget how to ride. If you are as small as I was when I first got on the back of a horse, you might feel a little nervous. You have to show the horse that you trust them, and your fears will disappear.

Travelling is one of my favorite hobbies. I love travelling with my parents and friends. It helps me to get away the daily rush of life. Besides, there are so many reasons to travelling. Firstly, I finding out eating and drinking everywhere. For examples, I am interested in French’s food where has hazelnut macarons. Colorful, pilowy and delicately flavored, macarons are perhaps one of the most famous and treasured French desserts. Secondly, I will meet new people when travelling. It is a great feeling when I realize that I have new friend across the globe. By interacting with them, I can come to know about their historical sites and new cultures. In conclusion, I’m a big fan of travelling and I make plan to travel as many places as I can whenever I am free.

Every coming Tet Holiday, I extremely eager, not only welcome a new year with more joy, happiness, luck but also it’s an occasion to pay New Year’s visits. That sounds interesting? Paying New Year’s visits is my special hobby, and I think that is hobby of a lot of people. On the first day of the new year, I and my younger brother always bring flowers, fruits and money envelops to grandma’s house to wish:” We wish grandma more joy, happiness, luck and good health, live up to 100 years in the new year”. After, we go to uncle’s house in my village about 10 minutes, then return to house. The second day, my family visits to neighborhood, going to this house and then to another house, we bit sunflower seeds and talk happily together. And the next days, my family visits distant relatives, this is an occasion for me to travel and explore the other ands. When I was a child, I received money envelops, but now I’m 24 years old, I have a job, and I give lucky money for children which make me feel happy, because I bring the joys to children. Tet holiday is an occasion which I expect the most to spend a lot of time to pay New Year’s visits, with my family together. No matter how old am I, I will keep my special hobby.

Đi chúc Tết là sở thích đặc biệt của tôi, và tôi nghĩ đó cũng chính là sở thích của rất nhiều người. Vào ngày đầu tiên của năm mới, tôi và em trai thường mang hoa quả, kẹo bánh và phong bao lì xì đến nhà bà nội đầu tiên để chúc Tết: “Chúng con chúc ông bà sang năm mới có nhiều niềm vui, may mắn và sống lâu trăm tuổi ạ”. Sau đó, là đi chúc Tết các bác trong xóm, chị em tôi đến mỗi nhà khoảng 10 phút rồi trở về nhà. Sang đến ngày thứ hai, cả gia đình tôi đi chúc Tết bà con hàng xóm trong làng, cứ đến nhà này rồi đến nhà khác, ngồi cắn hạt hướng dương và trò chuyện cùng nhau rất vui vẻ. Còn những ngày tiếp theo, gia đình tôi đi chúc Tết họ hàng xa, đây cũng là dịp để tôi đi ngắm cảnh và tham quan những vùng đất khác. Lúc còn bé, cứ mỗi lần đi chúc Tết là tôi được nhận phong bao lì xì, nhưng bây giờ đã 24 tuổi rồi, tôi đã đi làm và phải lì xì lại cho mấy em nhỏ. Điều này làm tôi rất vui vì mình mang đến cho các em niềm vui. Tết luôn là dịp mà tôi mong chờ nhất trong năm để được dành thời gian đi chúc Tết, quây quần bên gia đình yêu thương của mình. Cho dù bao nhiêu tuổi đi chăng nữa thì tôi vẫn mãi giữ sở thích đặc biệt này.

I collecting colorful lipsks. In my opinion, lipsk is a thing which is very necessary and important to women. It makes them become more beautiful and attractive in public. Just imagine that you meet two women! A woman wears make-up and the other doesn’t. I’m sure that you’ll be impressed by the one who wears make-up. Lipsk has many different colors such as red, pink, orange, dark red, scarlet and so on. Each color has its own beauty. They together make a blaze of color. Today, women not only buy lipsk at cosme shops but also make them themselves, which is called “hand-made lipsk”. Using hand-made lipsk is very safe. You don’t need to worry whether it is poisonous or not. But you have to spend time making it. I am at work all day so I don’t have free time to make it myself though I making lipsk on my own very much. I often go to the prestigious shops to choose lipsks. Just make your life become more wonderful with colorful lipsks!
