Vietnam is famous with its traditional and delicious dishes. All of them easioly bring to anyone's mouth indeed, but as myself, I enjoy spring rolls best.

Spring rolls are lightly fried rice-paper rolls, smaller and crispier than Chinese egg rolls but more flavorful. They are filled with highly seasond morsels of crab, shrimp, chopped vegetables, onion, mushroom, vermicelli and eggs. To prepare them, place the above mentioned filling on a thin rice pancake, roll up then fry.

Finally, spring rolls, when fully prepared, are wrapped into somes kinds of fresh vegetables, then doused in fish sauce. My mother ussually cooks spring rolls for me, espeicially on important days in year, such as Tet holiday. When I eat them, i feel all of my mother's love that she reserves for me.

To me, they're the most speicial dish in this world.

Around the world there are many cuisine but I still spaghetti the most. The main ingredients to make spaghetti are noodles, beef and tomatoes. Besides, we can add onion, carrot, bean or other kind of vegetable. At weekends, my mother and I usually go to the market, buy goods and cook spaghetti for my family instead of traditional dishes. It’s easy to cook this food. All we have to do are boiling noodles, chopping beef and making a good sauce of tomatoes. There is a tip for a perfect sauce is adding a slice of lemon into it. If there is a need of vegetable, It can be served with carrot and peas. Spaghetti supplies high nutrients and several vitamins, which good for your health especially for diet people. Moreover, spaghetti is famous for its delicious taste and convenience as fast food. It’s known as typical traditional food of Italy. Although spaghetti originate from Europe, it’s more widespread in Asia specifically Vietnam. Nowadays, It is popular food not only in Italy but also in other countries.

Hơn nữa, mì Ý còn nổi tiếng vì ngon và tiện lợi như món đồ ăn nhanh. Mì Ý từ lâu là món ăn truyền thống của đất nước Ý. Mặc dù bắt nguồn từ Châu Âu, mì đang ngày càng phổ biến ở Châu Á điển hình là Việt Nam. Ngày nay, đây là món ăn nổi tiếng không những ở Ý mà còn ở nhiều nước trên thế giới.

Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, it’s better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. At weekends, my friends and I usually go to a cafeteria to enjoy Pho because Pho is served at many restaurants in Vietnam. There are two main kind of Pho: noodle soup with beef and sliced chicken, both of them are delicious and high nutrients. Pho is favorite food of almost Vietnamese and often served as breakfast. Moreover, Pho is popular in international market for its pleasant taste and reasonable price. Foreign tourists visit Vietnam and they really the taste of Pho here. I am very proud of it. In near future, I hope Pho will be more famous in other countries so that foreigners can enjoy this cuisine and understand about Vietnamese culture.

Trong tương lai, tôi mong phở sẽ càng nổi tiếng ở các nước khác để họ có thể thưởng thức và hiểu hơn về văn hoá Việt.

I have a breakfast in the morning, a lunch is in the noon and a dinner is in the evening. In the morning, I often eat bread or rice and drinking fruit drink, sometimes i eat porridge. In the noon, I often eat rice with foods and in the evening, I eat rice with foods, too.

I want to cut down my fat belly, so I eat one rice bowl per meal. I also eat snacks in the afternoon in everyday, I sometimes eat with my friends and we are very happy, I prefer to eat at home than eat out, because I eating pizza, spagetti, xap xap, bot chien.

I always drinkg milk at before go to bed in the evening. I also eat fruit, because they are delicious and nutritious. I can cook, but i am not good at this

Do you fast food? Lots of people complain about it but I think a lot of it's quite tasty – as long as you go to one of the international chains McDonalds or Kentucky.

I think in today's world, it's difficult to avoid eating in fast food restaurants. They are so convenient and seem to be everywhere. Of course they're not the same as real restaurants. I wonder if they are restaurants. There aren't any waiters.

Anyway, the most important thing to remember about fast food is that it isn't so healthy. People who eat it every day develop health problems. I don't understand why schools serve fast food during lunch time. Schools should encourage students to eat healthily.

If you have time, look at a website on slow food.

Tôi nghĩ trong thế giới ngày nay rất khó để tránh việc ăn nhanh trong nhà hàng. Bởi chúng rất thuận tiện và đáp ứng được ở mọi mọi. Tất nhiên chúng không giống như thức ăn trong các nhà hàng thực thụ khác. Tôi ngạc nhiên vì chúng là những nhà hàng mà không có cả người phục vụ.

Ngoài ra, điều quan trọng nhất là thức ăn nhanh không có lợi cho sức khỏe. Những ai dùng nó hằng ngày sẽ gặp nhiều vấn đề về sức khỏe. Tôi không hiểu tại sao có một vài trường học lại dùng thức ăn nhanh cho thực đơn bữa trưa trong khi họ nên khuyến khích học sinh ăn uống đầy đủ để đảm bảo sức khỏe.

Although Banh Tom is available almost everywhere in the country , it is best at the Nha Hang Ho Tay ( Ho Tay Restaurant ) on the banks of Truc Bach Lake , close to Ho Tay ( West Lake ) in Ha Noi . While dinners wait the arrival of the hot fried shrimp pastry , they can enjoy the picturesque lake and landscapes offered by the vast expanse of water from West Lake and the tree - lined Thanh Nien Road.

The dish should be eaten as soon as it arrives at the table . The fried pastry is topped with red shrimps and is eaten together with dishes of spicy vegetales mixed with aweet and sour sauce.

To remid you of the local shrimping business , waiters will often tell you that the shrimps that you have ordered for your meal have just been netted in nearby West Lake . This will be a memorable meal that will ensure you remember you stay in Ha Noi.

I to eat many different kinds of food, but my favorite one of all time is Pho. Pho is already a so famous food of Vietnam, and most people will immediately think of it when we mention about Vietnamese cuisine. It is understandable that many people fall in love with Pho, because it has featuring smell and taste that we cannot find anywhere else. To have a good pot of soup, we need to have many different kinds of spices such as anise, cinnamon, etc; and the most important thing are the bones. Those bones needed to be cooked for long hours to get the sweet and tasty stock, and then we combine other ingredients. The noodle is also special since it is not other kinds of noodle. It is made from rice flour, and it is thicker than the others. After pouring the stock into a bowl of noodle, the next step is to put on the beef slices and other toppings. I to eat rare beef slices and meat ball, and they are also the basic toppings that Vietnamese people to choose. We finish the bowl with some basil, coriander, bean sprout and black pepper. Besides, we can also other side dishes to eat with Pho egg and blood in boiling stock. All of them create a harmonious flavor that can attract even the strictest eaters. Although Pho has many versions from different parts of the country, it is always the national dish that almost all Vietnamese love to eat. I will continue to choose it as my favorite food forever.

THAM KHẢOMy favourite food is chips. Sometimes they are called French fries.  I do not have them very often because my mother says that they are not healthy. They contain too much fat. Oven chips are healthier. They have less fat in them. I sometimes have oven chips for tea as a treat. I usually have them with fish fingers. I put tomato ketchup on them. I often have peas with them. My favourite sweet food is ice cream. I like chocolate ice cream best. I also like vanilla and strawberry ice cream. I sometimes have it with fruit for dessert. I also sometimes have it outside on very hot days. Then I have it on a cone. Sometimes, I buy it from an ice cream van at the beach. My favourite foods are not very healthy so I do not have them very often. I eat them mostly on special occasions, for example when I go to the beach. That’s why I love going to the beach!

Quang noodle soups differ than most normal noodle soups in that the soups have just enough broth to barely cover the noodles. Unlike other Vietnamese noodle soup bowls whose broth will cover the noodles almost completely, Quang noodle broth is barely enough to slurp during the meal. If you do not eat a Quang noodle bowl fast enough, the broth will generally quickly be soaked up by the noodles. Quang noodle soups are generally pork and dried shrimp broth based, although some regional and family recipes will use chicken and even duck. What makes Quang noodle soups unique is the richness of the broth, the lack of it and the crushed peanut toppings on the noodles.

The mystery of Quang noodle is in that pot above. This is ‘nuoc sot mi quang’ or Quang noodle sauce. This makes the stock slightly sweet and a smidgen spicy. This dish's ingredients include rice, vegetables and meat. After being soaked in water, the rice is ground to a fine powder and made into attractive smooth white noodles. Accompanying vegetables are water morning-glory, cress, young banana flowers and herbs. Especially, the famous Tra Que savory of Quang Nam Province will give the dish more flavour. You can use pork, chicken, fish, crab or shrimp to make the broth. If chicken is chosen, the meat is separated, seasoned and stir-fried while the bones are stewed. Finish the stock by adding cooked chicken meat.
There are many Quang noodle restaurants in Quang Nam and Da Nang. Each area is famous for one certain recipe. For example, Thanh Chiem Village in Dien Ban District, Quang Nam Province is known for shrimp noodle, while chicken noodle is at its best in Tuy Loan, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang City.

Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, can also be considered one of the typical dishes Vietnam cuisine. Pho is the main component of noodles and broth (or broth in a way called the South) with beef or chicken sliced ​​thin. Mi Quang is a signature dish of Quang Nam, Vietnam, along with high food upstairs.

Today, when it comes to pasta Quang not necessarily talking about special dishes of Quang Nam - Da Nang which refers to a dish typical of the central general. Quang noodles are usually made from rice flour noodles with pulverization and coated in layers of wafers, then move horizontally to approximately 2mm thin noodles. Noodles made of wheat flour is mixed with some additives to achieve crispness, toughness. Under layers of bread are assorted vegetables, lean pork on noodles, shrimp, chicken broth with stewed from pork bones are. They also add more dry roasted peanuts and retired stamp, chopped green onions, herbs, red pepper ... Usually very little water.

One of my hobbies is listening to music, especially English songs. My hobby started when I was a first – year student at Da Nang University of Technology. I spend much time on it. I can listening when I am doing my housework such as clean the floor, wash clothes, wash dish…or when I sleep…I love Taylor Swift, Rihana…they are great singers. I can learn English vocabulary when listening to English songs and it also make me feel relaxed.

I think it a good hobby and I will never stop it.

Watching television is my favourite activities I use to do in my free time. I love watching sports programs on Saturday mornings and cartoons on Sunday afternoons. I usually watch movie during all days of week after I have completed my homework at school. At night, I especially enjoy watching situation comedies and movies. If I have a huge number of  school work, I try to manage my schedule so that I will able to see at least 1 of my favorite TV shows. Watching TV isn’t the only indoor activity that I can do in my free time. I also have some other favorite activities  such as going shopping with my mother or friends and making paper flowers. However, when I have free time, I spend a lot of time on watching TV than other activities. Watching TV can support me not only relax but also build my knowledge about the open world.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.
