Vì egg là danh từ đếm được nên ta dùng a/an . vì dozen bắt đầu bằng phụ âm nên ta dùng a.I would a dozen eggs

mình cũng ko chắc lắm minh dốt TA lắm. nếu sai sót mong các bạn bỏ qua cho
eggs ở đây là số nhiều nhưng đếm được nên phải dùng some chứ, any chỉ đi với số nhiều nhưng ko đếm được thôi ,còn nếu trong trường hợp là số ít thì ta dùng a chứ ko dùng an vì a đi với các từ có chữ cái đầu là phụ âm, an đi với các từ có chữ cái đầu là nguyên âm: u,e,o,a,i. Ngoài ra cũng có một số trường hợp đặc biệt như: a university,... vậy nha!!
