    + Các từ chỉ hoạt động, trạng thái bắt đầu bằng ch (chạy) hoặc bằng tr (trèo): chặn, chặt, chẻ, chở, chống, chôn, chăn, chắn, trách, tránh, tranh, tráo, trẩy, treo, ...

    + Các từ chỉ đặc điểm, tính chất có thanh hỏi (khỏe) hoặc thanh ngã (rõ): đỏ, dẻo, giả, lỏng, mảnh, phẳng, thoải, dễ, rũ, tình, trĩu, đẫm, ...

- Từ hoặc cụm từ dựa theo nghĩa và đặc điểm ngữ âm đã cho sẵn:

    + Trái nghĩa với chân thật là giả dối.

    + Đồng nghĩa với từ biệt là giã từ.

    + Dùng chày và cối làm cho giập, nát hoặc tróc lớp ngoài: giã

c. Đặt câu phân biệt các từ chứa những tiếng dễ lẫn:

- Câu với mỗi từ: lên, nên.

    + Trời nhẹ dần lên cao.

    + Vì trời mưa nên tôi không đi đá bóng

- Câu để phân biệt các từ: vội, dội

    + Lời kết luận đó hơi vội.

    + Tiếng nổ dội vào vách đá.
