To stay healthy, I try to follow good daily habits. I usually do exercises like jogging and stretching every morning for about 30 minutes. I eat three meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also drink about eight glasses of water every day to stay hydrated. After school, I relax by reading books or listening to music. Sometimes I play outside with my friends. These habits help me feel strong, happy, and ready to learn every day. Staying healthy is very important!

To maintain good health, I try to follow a balanced daily routine. First, I go jogging in the park for thirty minutes every morning to strengthen my muscles and boost my energy. Regarding my diet, I eat three main meals a day, focusing on fresh vegetables and lean protein while avoiding fast food. Hydration is also crucial, so I make sure to drink at least two liters of water throughout the day. Finally, to relax and reduce stress after studying, I often listen to soothing music or read a good book before going to bed.

All of us want to have good health because we cannot buy health even we are rich.I think we need to stay healthy to prevent the flu, keep as healthy as i can by taking good care of myself. Sleep and nutritional considerations are help to prevent the onset of a cold or flu, a healthy lifestyle helps my immune system to be in its best possible shape, giving me the best chance of being able to fight off the onset of a cold or flu. In my opinion, health is the better than wealth because if we were in good health, but not rich, we could do what we want, we could do hard work and serve ourselves in daily activies. Moreover, we could help others, bring happiness to them. With good health, we could interesting.
