Huong river or Huong Giang river flows through Hue city and districts, towns: Huong Tra, Huong Thuy, Phu Vang are in Thua Thien-Hue Province, Central Vietnam. From the Truong Son mountain range, the main stream of Ta Trach is about 67 km long, originating from the Truong Son mountain range, along the Bach Ma national park area in the northwest direction with 55 majes waterfalls, through Nam Dong town then then confluence with Huu Trach stream at Bang Lang junction (about 3 km north of Minh Mang mausoleum area). Huu Trach, about 60 km long, is a sub-branch, flowing north, through 14 falls and passing Tuan ferry to Bang Lang junction, where these two lines meet and form the Huong River.
