On  the saturday day my family want to went to in the island.My sister and i very happybecause  they though;It a sunny day and they can swim in the water  caugh some insect and photo some picture of animals.It great they can brough some snack and a camera,I said with my sister.But on saturday it rainy and has storm they can't to put up tent and photo some picture of animals and insect it very terrible and my  dad was drove his car with i and sister and mum went to the hoter.But it was great now in hoter room they can ate some soup chicken and drank some coffe and apple juicle.Now I can watch the favourite CDS in the television mow it great day.

                     WHAT SHOULD WE DO TO PREVENT SOME USUAL HEALTH PROBLEMS 

     We can have a lot of usual health problems every day : temperature , headache , sore eyes , toothache , backache , cold , stomachache , sore thoat , ..... However , we can learn something to avoid them and something to fight them when those problems come to us .

      Firt , you should stay healthy . It's an ideal way to keep the problems away . Having healthy food angd drinks , doing exercises , cleancing yourselves and your rooms , wearing suitable clothes are easy things to do . Fresh , clean fish , vegetables , fruits , milk , tea and mineral water are good for you . Cigarettes , sugar , fat , gas drinks , cold drinks , alcoholic drinks are not good for your teeth , stomach , liver , joints and heart . Your bedroom should be clean ang tidy . Lower the volumes of mobiphone , radio , T.V , computer loudswakers to prevent headache , earache , ... Wear a mask and a helmet when you travel in the streets . You shouldn't watch T.V or play games too much . Never play in the rain ang in the sun to prevent havinga cold or a temperature .

     Second , you should learn how to cope with usual health problems . You should keep warm when you have cold , wrap yourselves in a blanket , jacket or drink something hot like tea , hot milk , sup before someone comes to help you and takes you to the doctor's . If have a temperature , cover your forehead with a wte towel to cool it . If you have a sore eye , wear sunglasses in order not to give it to the others . Don't use medicine before the doctors examine you .
