\(\Leftrightarrow C=a+b+c+2\times b+2\times c+2\times a\)

\(C=\left(a+b+c\right)+\left(2a+2b+2c\right)=15+2\left(a+b+c\right)\)
\(=15+2\times15=15+30=45\)
\(2\times a+a:3-\dfrac{2}{3}=11\)
=>\(2\times a+a\times\dfrac{1}{3}=11+\dfrac{2}{3}=\dfrac{35}{3}\)
=>\(\dfrac{7}{3}\times a=\dfrac{35}{3}\)
=>\(a=\dfrac{35}{3}:\dfrac{7}{3}=5\)
