Here are 6 simple rules of haggling. 

Rule number 1:  Know the real price. Buyers pay a lot of money when they don't know the real price. 

Rule number 2: Be very friendly. The seller wants to make money but haggling is a kind of sport to. 

Rule number 3: Don't say yes to the sellers first price. The first price is usually very high. 

Rule number 4: Don't look very interested. Tell the seller. Sorry I don't want it or it's good but it's not great. 

Rule number 5.: Walk away if you don't like the seller's price. 

Rule number 6:  Whether you buy something or not being nice is still important.
